Push-back
The reliable system for the management of medium-turnover products
The system push-back is a dynamic accumulation system that follows the LIFO (last-in, first-out) configuration, i.e. the last pallet in is the first pallet out. This system allows to store between 2 to 4 pallets in depth.
How does it work?
To store a pallet, the forklift pushes it from the aisle towards the bottom of the channel. When unloading, the pallets at the bottom automatically occupy the free spaces.
Just like the dynamic pallet flow system, the push-back is also very versatile, allowing different configurations as well as combination with other systems.
Simple configuration
This is the simplest configuration where all levels are designed for storage with rollers for movement.
Push-back + pallet flow
In this combination, the upper levels are used as a storage and supply buffer, which feeds the Pallet Flow for picking directly from the pallets.
Push back + flow rack
This application is designed on the basis of a central order picking tunnel and uses the upper levels for dynamic push-back warehousing according to the LIFO principle, which, thanks to the fast pallet handling, ensures the availability for fast and efficient order picking.
