Pallet Flow

Assured efficiency for fast-moving products

The pallet flow is a dynamic accumulation system that incorporates rollers positioned on a slight slope to allow the pallets to slide over them.

The system pallet flow follows the FIFO (first-in, first-out) configuration, in which the first pallets in are the first out. Loading is done at the highest point of the rack, slides to the unloading point and, once unloaded, the next pallet automatically occupies its space, allowing the goods to always be available.

This type of system is very useful for warehouses that manage perishable products, intermediate areas between work areas and dispatch areas, order preparation areas, among others.

How does it work?

The pallets are introduced at the highest part and these are moved by gravity and at a controlled speed to the opposite end, ready for extraction. The pallets are handled on the narrowest side and move along the inside of the channels with the bottom skids perpendicular to the rollers.

The system pallet flow is very versatile and allows different configurations to be applied.

Simple configuration

This is the simplest system in which all levels are designed for storage and are equipped with rollers for their movement.

Push-back + pallet flow

In this combination, the upper levels (push-back) are available for the storage buffer, which feeds the lower level (pallet flow) for picking directly from the pallets.

Pallet Flow + picking tunnel

In this configuration, the upper levels are used as storage buffers and the lower levels are used for picking.
